PURPOSE: Concentrated liquid for food comprising minerals, and a producing method thereof are provided to facilitate the absorption rate to the human body, and to offer the antioxidant capacity and the antimicrobial activity. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of concentrated liquid for food comprising minerals comprises the following steps: preparing mineral reducing water; mixing 30~40% of mineral reducing water, 30~40% of Na2CO3, 1~5% of K2CO3, 1~5% of B4Na2O7.10H2O, 5~15% of Na2O.nSiO2, 1~5% of ZnSO4, and 1~10% of mineral selected from Si, Ca, Mg, K, Fe, Mn, Ti, Na, P, Zn, S, I, Mu, V, Cu, Co, Cr, or Sr; heating the mixture for 30minutes at 100~150deg C: and cooling the obtained composition at room temperature.
