PURPOSE: A release film is provided for various colors of release films besides an existing transparency (colorless), white and black films, and manufacturing method thereof, and a release film with enough heterogeneity, a superior electrification, the resistance to solvents and durability, besides chromatic, and manufacturing method thereof. CONSTITUTION: The release film includes a base film, a printing layer, and a releasing layer. The printing layer is formed in one side of the base film. The releasing layer is formed in the printing layer through intermediation of a spacer layer preventing the releasing layer from contacting closely with the printing layer, and contains a silicon resin. The spacer layer is a primer layer. The spacer layer is a different film from the base film and other base films.
