<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of a seat back frame for a vehicle capable of surely receiving a head part of an occupant by a headrest by effectively preventing a pad and a trim from being in a hammock state. <P>SOLUTION: This structure includes a fixed frame 10 forming an outer contour of the seat back and supporting a headrest, and a movable frame 11 supported on the fixed frame 10 to be movable forward and backward. The structure includes an energizing means 18 set to energize the movable frame 11 to the front and to move the movable frame 11 to a rear side when load of a prescribed value or more is loaded. The movable frame 11 is constituted of a back-receiving part of the occupant M and right and left side support parts 16b extending to the front of a side part frame part of the fixed frame 10 from right and left parts of the back-receiving part.
