<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting system for a vehicle enabling achieving of further miniaturization. <P>SOLUTION: This lighting system 1 for the vehicle includes an upper surface 1A having a first emitting part 6, an outside surface 1B having a second emitting part 7 and formed in a direction substantially orthogonal to the first emitting part 6, a light source part 14, and a light guide body 13 for leading out light emitted from the light source part 14 to the first emitting part 6 and the second emitting part 7.
