<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve pixel shift display using a wobbling system by efficiently using a video source. <P>SOLUTION: An optical path switching controller outputs a switching control signal SC, whose off-state and on-state are alternately switched in a frame cycle of a video. An optical path shift unit 32 is supplied with green video light in which first green video light and second green video light are alternately switched in the frame cycle, red video light and blue video light, and supplied with the switching control signal SC from the optical path switching controller. When the switching control signal SC is in the off-state, the optical shift unit 32 outputs the first green video light, the red video light and the blue video light without shifting optical paths between input and output of the optical path shift unit 32. Alternatively, when the switching control signal SC is in the on-state, the optical path shift unit 32 shifts the optical path to the input side of the optical path shift unit 32 and outputs the second green video light to the output side thereof. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
