<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-contact sensor accurately detecting motions of hands and generating an output signal accurately corresponding to the motions of the hands. <P>SOLUTION: The non-contact sensor is provided with: a conductive detection electrode 3 forming a capacitor C between living bodies (hands 2) opposed interspatially; a reference frequency signal oscillation part 5 oscillating a signal of a reference frequency f1; a variable frequency signal oscillation part 4 oscillating a signal of a variable frequency f2 corresponding to the capacitance of the capacitor C with regarding the capacitor C as a circuit element; a beat frequency extraction part 6 extracting a beat frequency fb between the reference frequency f1 and the variable frequency f2; and a digital control part 8 generating a digital control signal Sc corresponding to the extracted beat frequency fb. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
