PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power storage and feeding device in which current density of an electrode plate becomes uniform and an output and input terminal can be installed on one side of the outside. SOLUTION: The power storage and feeding device is provided with an auxiliary conductor 100, and a side electrode plate 101, which has a current collector terminal 104 separately at least on two sides and is coated with an active material 120 on the electrode plate face, is of a flat plate shape, stripe shape, or mesh structure and has a conductive performance superior than the auxiliary conductor 100, and is installed on the auxiliary conductor 100 constituted of a material and/or structure of the electrode plate. A total current collector terminal 105 which outputs and inputs separately is installed at least on two sides of the auxiliary conductor 100, and the current collector terminal 104 is connected in parallel at one side or more sides to the total current collector terminal 105 at two sides or more of the auxiliary conductor 100. An insulator 103 is installed between the total current collector terminal 105 to output and input current to the outside and the auxiliary conductor 100 and the side electrode plate 101 to form an electrode unit.
