PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for a wheeled body and a movable body, which easily store data regarding loads on the side of a carriage while eliminating the need for hand-written slips and signboards. SOLUTION: In a wheel 9 of the carriage, an ID tag 14 is embedded for storing load data. To a reader/writer 19, a ground side antenna 18 is connected for performing data communication with the ID tag 14. The ground antenna 18 is embedded in a floor 17 and the wheel 9 is located on the ground antenna 18. Thus, data are read or written from/into the ID tag 14. The wheel 9 consists of a rotatable ring member 11, and a tire member 12 provided on the outer periphery of the ring member 11. The ID tag 14 is provided on the ring member 11.
