METHOD AND DEVICE FOR REDUCING VOLUME OF MUD PRODUCED DURING BUILDING OF CEMENT UNDERGROUND CONSTRUCTION BODY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To build a high quality construction body by accurately obtaining cement content contained in the surplus mud and a water-cement ratio when the liquid amount recyclable as a part of a cement turbid liquid material is extracted from the surplus mud produced during a construction to prepare a recycled compound liquid and a cement underground construction body such as a ground improving body is built. SOLUTION: This method includes a step of separating the surplus mud produced during a construction into a recyclable cement turbid liquid material and waste sediment using a sediment separator, a step of obtaining a cement amount and the water-cement ratio by accurately measuring the cement content and the water content contained in the separated cement turbid liquid material by a predetermined experiment, and a step of manufacturing the cement turbid liquid material used for building a cement underground construction body by adding required cement content and water content based on the obtained cement amount and the water-cement ratio.
