A capacitance sensor has a plurality of electrodes each of which outputs electric signals corresponding to the capacitance determined by the distance between the surface of the capacitance sensor and a conductor. Among the electrodes, the electrode having a first parasitic capacitance and the electrode having a second parasitic capacitance different from the first parasitic capacitance are arranged in a predetermined arrangement pattern different from the biological information of a region to be read by means of the capacitance sensor. |
