Disclosed is a probe for detecting polymorphism in K-ras gene, which comprises: an oligonucleotide that is any one of (P1) an oligonucleotide that has a length of 11-50 nucleotides, comprises a nucleotide sequence complementary to the nucleotide sequence comprising the nucleotides at nucleotide positions 220-230 in SEQ ID NO: 1, and has the nucleotide complementary to the nucleotide at nucleotide position 230 in the 5' terminal region, (P2) an oligonucleotide that has a length of 15-50 nucleotides, comprises a nucleotide sequence complementary to the nucleotide sequence comprising the nucleotides at nucleotide positions 220-234 in SEQ ID NO: 1, and has the nucleotide complementary to the nucleotide at nucleotide position 234 in the 5' terminal region, or (P3) an oligonucleotide that has a length of 17-50 nucleotides, comprises a nucleotide sequence complementary to the nucleotide sequence comprising the nucleotides at nucleotide positions 220-236 in SEQ ID NO: 1, and has the nucleotide complementary to the nucleotide at nucleotide position 236 in the 5' terminal region; or an oligonucleotide comprising a nucleotide sequence complementary to the aforementioned oligonucleotide.
