The light output assembly comprises a cell grid element equipped with multiple successively arranged cup-shaped reflectors. Each reflector has a light entry opening (4) and a light exit opening. Light mediums are formed by multiple light emitting diodes and LED groups. The LEDs and the LED groups are arranged on a common support element. An independent claim is also included for a lighting medium.
