The structure has a large-pored drainage layer and a fine-porous lawn carrier layer (10) with an organic, nutrient-rich fraction, attached to a top side. The carrier layer comprises an adjustment unit with two components with a total share of 15 percent to 35 percent by volume of the structure, where one of the components is a mineral component contained in 60 percent of the adjusting unit and another component is an organic component contained in 40 percent of the adjusting unit. Pore size of the layers increases towards the ground. The mineral component is made of mudstone, clay or lava. An independent claim is also included for a care blend for improving quality of lawn surfaces.
