The heater (1) has resistor elements i.e. positive temperature coefficient resistor elements, discharging heat energy during current feed, where the energy is discharged to a medium to be heated via radiator elements (2). A packet (4) of the resistor elements and the radiator elements are held in a frame (6). The frame has two frame parts that are divided in a packet level. The frame parts are connected with the packet via resting or plastic deformable connection elements. The connection elements comprise connection straps that are provided at the radiator elements.
