PURPOSE: A tibial prosthesis for the knee joint replacement arthroplasty is provided, which can perform the deep flexion over 120 degrees and offers the strong rearward stability to a user. CONSTITUTION: A tibial prosthesis for the knee joint replacement arthroplasty includes: a rear area(21); a front area(22); an inner area(23); an outer area(24); an outer articulation joint side(1) and an inner articulation joint side(2) which are formed on the upper side. The tibial prosthesis is made of materials such as ultra high molecular weigh poly ethylene(UHMWPE). The upper side of the tibial prosthesis has a dish shape or in a concave shape. The condyle of the femur part is restrained to perform a rearward rolling movement by the rearward labial part on the upper part of the tibial prosthesis in a concave shape. |
