Methods for Identification and Culture of Anaerobic Ammonium Oxidizer in Microbial Resources

PURPOSE: A method for searching and culturing anaerobic ammonium oxidizer in microorganism resources is provided to early induce anaerobic ammonium oxidation. CONSTITUTION: A method for searching and culturing anaerobic ammonium oxidizer in microorganism resources comprises: a step of collecting one or more microorganism resources; a step of quantifying the oxidizer in the microorganism resources; a step of inducing early apoptosis of microorganism except for the anaerobic ammonium oxidizer; and a step of culturing the anaerobic ammonium oxidizer.
