COATING AGENT WITH CALCIUM PROVIDING FUNCTION AND PREPARING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A coating agent with the calcium supplying function, and a producing method thereof are provided to secure the excellent adhesive force of the coating agent using CaFe-layered double hydroxide. CONSTITUTION: A coating agent with the calcium supplying function is obtained by inserting an emulsifier into suspension of CaFe-layered double hydroxide. The dispersibility and the stability of the CaFe-layered double hydroxide are increased. A producing method of the coating agent comprises the following steps: inserting a trivalent iron salt solution into suspension of calcium hydroxide, and stirring the mixture to obtain the highly diffused nano-sized suspension of the CaFe-layered double hydroxide by the layer separation and the isomorphous substitution of metal ions; and uniformly mixing the emulsifier with the suspension of the CaFe-layered double hydroxide.
