PURPOSE: A magnetic body and a manufacturing device thereof are provided to improve a magnetic property of a magnetic body by reducing restrictions in a material and a shape of the magnetic body. CONSTITUTION: A magnetic body(10) includes a first polarity part(12) and a second polarity part(14). The first polarity part is magnetized such that the magnetic flux of an N pole or a south pole is uniformly emitted along an outer circumference of the magnetic body. The second polarity part is magnetized such that magnetic flux of the S pole or the N pole different from the first polarity part is emitted from an upper surface and a lower surface of the magnetic body. The magnetic force is formed from the first polarity part to the second polarity part or the second polarity part to the first polarity part.
