PURPOSE: A medical acupuncture device is provided to be used for patients having different skin thickness and replace only a damaged part. CONSTITUTION: A medical acupuncture device comprises a housing(210), an adjusting bolt(220), a needle board, a support stand(274), and a handle(272). A receiving part is formed inside the housing. The adjusting bolt is formed in the receiving part of the housing. The adjusting bolt rotates forward and backward in the receiving part and comprises a handle and a rotary shaft. The rotary shaft is integrally formed with the handle. The needle board is formed in the receiving part of the housing and comprises a plurality of microneedles(241). The support stand and handle rotationally support the housing.
