<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce weight and size, while maintaining subcritical control. <P>SOLUTION: A basket 1 is formed by combining an extrusion material 5 having a cross section of substantially an H shape, in the horizontal and vertical directions to form a lattice shape. In a cross-sectional view, when the longitudinal length of the extrusion material 5 is h, and the depth of a slit 5c is c, c corresponds to 1/4 of h.
