<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recover metal, metal oxide and metal chloride by controlling waste gas generated when treating metal-containing material such as iron scrap and shredder dust at high temperature in an incineration furnace, a heating furnace or a fusion furnace such as stoker fired furnace, a rotary kiln furnace, fluidized bed, electric furnace, shaft furnace and blast furnace, to 300°C or more, exhausting the waste gas as the gas of metal, metal oxide or metal chloride and solidifying the waste gas by subjecting the waste gas to indirect cooling in a cooling tower. <P>SOLUTION: In order to recover metal or metal oxide included in the waste gas of which the temperature is controlled at 300°C or more, the waste gas, metal and metal oxide in the waste gas are subjected to the high-temperature cooling in order that the metal, metal oxide or metal chloride included in the waste gas is vapor-deposited, solidified or precipitated in the incineration furnace, heating furnace or fusion furnace such as the stoker fired furnace, rotary kiln furnace, fluidized bed, electric furnace, shaft furnace and blast furnace. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
