<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for downsizing optical wiring components and connecting an optical waveguide structure to a multifiber optical connector efficiently with reduced space. <P>SOLUTION: The optical wiring component includes an optical waveguide structure having a plurality of cores, a clad and an optical path conversion section which, in the cores, bends the optical path of the cores toward optical fiber holes, and also includes a multifiber optical connector having optical fiber holes of a plurality of steps, while the optical wiring component is an optically connectable component. The optical waveguide structure has a zigzag-structured end with a patterning performed, by arranging the optical path conversion section from one end to the other end in the short side direction of the optical waveguide so as to be placed opposite to the optical fiber holes, and by repeating the procedure successively for the optical fiber holes of the adjacent steps, in the structure of the optical wiring component. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
