PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problem that when there are a lot of image data whose versions are managed, it is complicated for a user to select desired version data for output/browsing from among vast numbers of choices. SOLUTION: An image management device has a display means for displaying candidates for image data to be output in order to compare a difference between stored original image data with image data obtained by correcting the original image data, to store created difference information as a result of comparison as new image data, and to prompt the user to select the image data to be output from a plurality of pieces of image data to be stored. The display means detects and outputs image data stored at the end of image data including difference information which satisfies conditions to be predetermined by the user and image data derived by correcting the image data from among the plurality of pieces of image data stored by the storage means.
