PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain rain water from infiltrating into a housing with a plug inserted in and connected to a receptacle. SOLUTION: There is provided a door 13 openably closing an opening window 11a and an outlet for pulling out a charging cable 100 with a plug 110 connected to a receptacle 20 between a lower end of the door 13 and a lower end of the opening window 11a to an outside of a stand body 1. Therefore, it is possible to prevent rain water from infiltrating from the opening window 11a by closing the door 13 and to close the door 13 even in a state with the plug 110 inserted in and connected to the receptacle 20 by virtue of the outlet being provided therein, so as to improve a waterproof property.
