PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving support device which can quickly and accurately estimate a lane change start time point. SOLUTION: In the driving support device 1, a lane change estimation part 13 estimates a second time point at which a curvature change rate is a reference curvature change rate as a lane change start time point when a curvature change rate in a first time point at which direction indicator-ON is detected by a direction indicator sensor 3 is the reference curvature change rate or higher, so that the lane change start time point can be accurately estimated with consideration given to a delay of operation even if a direction indicator is operated after starting the lane change. Since the lane change start time point is estimated based on travel information already obtained when the direction indicator-ON is detected, the lane change start time point can be quickly estimated.
