PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic fuel injection valve in simple structure, which suppresses variation in the flow rate of fuel supplied to a fuel injection port. SOLUTION: The electromagnetic fuel injection valve includes: a fixed core having a through-hole as a fuel passage at the center part thereof; a coil disposed on the outer peripheral side of the fixed core; an anchor disposed to face the lower end of the fixed core; a movable element having a valve seat formed at a lower end thereof; a regulator press-fitted into the through-hole of the fixed core; and a spring disposed so that one end thereof is fixed in an axial direction of the through-hole by the regulator and the other end thereof presses the movable element on a valve seat side. In the electromagnetic fuel injection valve, energization of the coil generates a magnetic attractive force to attract the anchor and the movable element to the fixed core and thereby to supply fuel on a fuel injection port side.
