PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multiple dwelling house building having a plate-like shape, by which a beam form in the dwelling house can be eliminated. SOLUTION: In the multiple dwelling house building 10 having a long planar shape in the ridge direction and a plate-like shape in which a plurality of dwelling units 12 are arranged in the ridge direction on every floor, a main frame in the ridge direction is structured with a rigid-frame structure 14, a main frame in the span direction is structured with an earthquake-resisting wall 16, and an antiseismic reinforcement frame in the ridge direction is structured with a mega-brace structure 18 passing through the inside of the dwelling units 12.
