PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high damping composition that produces high damping members having more sophisticated damping performance than now while maintaining good processability and without causing problems, such as blooming. SOLUTION: The high damping composition contains a base polymer and 100-180 pts.mass of silica, 3-50 pts.mass of a rosin derivative, 0.1-10 pts.mass of an imidazole-based compound, and 0.1-20 pts.mass of a hindered phenol-based compound based on 100 pts.mass of the base polymer.
