OPTICAL DISK APPARATUS AND DEFOCUS CORRECTING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correct a defocus caused by a chromatic aberration at the start of recording in an optical disk. SOLUTION: A defocus of an opposite polarity is generated in advance to set off a defocus generated at the start of recording by changing a bias of a focus error signal at a timing when a predetermined address position is set before the start of recording.
