PURPOSE: A polymer concrete composition containing fly ash and rapid cooled steel slag, and a producing method thereof are provided to offer the recycling effect of the fly ash and the rapid cooled steel slag. CONSTITUTION: A polymer concrete composition contains 10~20vol% of unsaturated polyester resin, 3~7vol% of polystyrene resin, 10~30vol% of fly ash, 40~50vol% of coarse aggregate, and 10~20vol% of rapid cooled steel slag with the density of 3.5-3.6g/cubic centimeter. A producing method of the polymer concrete composition comprises the following steps: mixing the unsaturated polyester resin and the polystyrene resin; adding a catalyst, a cross-linker, and a promoter to obtain a first mixture; mixing the fly ash, the coarse aggregate, and the rapid cooled steel slag to obtain a second mixture; and mixing the first and second mixtures.
