PURPOSE: A method, system and apparatus for providing a payment authentication are provided to enhance the security of a mobile terminal by identifying the mobile communications identification number whether the number is possible to use and performing an authentication process for the PIN number, a message authentication, or one time password. CONSTITUTION: If one of the settlement request signal between the special goods and specific service is inputted through a mobile communication terminal(110), a franchise terminal(120) transmits an authentication request signal to authenticate the settlement request signal. An authentication server(150) transmits the results of the confirmation whether the mobile communications identification information included in the authentication request signal is available or not. If the mobile communications identification information is the available information, a membership server(130) confirms whether the PIN number included in the authentication request signal can be authenticated. The membership server transmits an authentication approval signal. |
