<p>An adjuster (1) including an adjustment calculation part (14) for calculating and outputting an operation signal (MV[n]) to match a process value (PV) from an object (2) to be controlled with a target value (SV), and an output limitation part (15) for limiting the operation signal (MV[n]) from the calculation part (14) for outputting to the object (2). The adjustment calculation part (14) includes at least a speed-type integration adjusting part or a position-type integration adjusting part. The output limiting part (15) has a function of outputting a limitation deviation signal (δ[n]) indicating a degree of deviation from predetermined limitation and includes an excessive integration calculation part (16) for calculating a previous excessive integration signal corresponding to previous excessive integration generated during a previous control period based on a speed-type integration adjustment signal and the limitation deviation signal (δ[n]) output from the calculation part (14). The calculation part (14) includes a function of eliminating the previous excessive integration from the previous excessive integration signal by correcting an integration value stored in it.</p> |
