<p>A semi-persistent scheduling method is provided in the present invention, and comprises that the evolution node B eNB and the terminal UE select a sub-frame in the sub-frame group as the sub-frame of this semi-persistent scheduling when the semi-persistent scheduling periodicity comes, the sub-frame group includes some sub-frames, the sub-frame group periodicity equals to the semi-persistent scheduling periodicity. That the sub-frames which are at the same place in the different sub-frame groups are the sub-frames which most possibly occur the collision between the original transmission and the retransmission of the HARQ data packet is considered by the technical solution of the present invention, therefore, the purpose that the interval length occurring the collision between the HARQ original transmission and the HARQ retransmission is added and the collision between the original transmission and the retransmission of the HARQ is reduced, which is achieved by reasonably configuring the sub-frame number in the sub-frame group and alternately using the different sub-frame in the sub-frame group.</p> |
