<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nucleic acid sequence or a protein sequence of a new potassium channel protein, KCNB. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided a nucleic acid sequence or a protein sequence of a new potassium channel protein, KCNB. The sequence is used for numerous optional purposes.
