PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for utilizing regenerative power in a multi-story car park, enabling effective utilization of regenerative power to be generated in the multi-story car park. SOLUTION: The method is provided for utilizing regenerative power in the multi-story car park including an electric vehicle charger, wherein the multi-story car park has an electric vehicle charger in which regenerative power to be generated by an inverter constituting a mechanical facility in deceleration operation is utilized to charge an electric vehicle.
