<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a controller of an electric vehicle, which, even if abnormality occurs in a battery or a circuit arranged in one or a plurality of wheels, controls the electric vehicle to travel much more stably by rotation of remaining wheels, and also to provide the electric vehicle having the controller. <P>SOLUTION: In the three wheel type or four wheel type electric vehicle 10, wheels 20 and 30 attached to a vehicle body 11 are independently provided with controllers 40 having electric motors 50, batteries 51, control parts 52, voltage detection sensors 53, circuit abnormality detection devices 54, regeneration circuits 55 and step up/down circuits 56. The controllers 40 of the wheels 20 and 30 are connected to a main controller 41 which integrally controls the controllers 40. Switching devices 57 switching between the coupling state where rotation force of the electric motor 50 is transmitted to the wheels 20 and 30, and the releasing state where coupling is released, is independently arranged between the wheels 20 and 30 and the electric motor 50. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
