PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a signal receiving device capable of implementing a signal transmission system of the DVI standard which can transmit an audio signal together with a video signal. SOLUTION: The signal receiving device includes: a receiving unit for receiving signals from a plurality of channels; and a separating unit for using a first control signal and a second control signal to separate a first time-base compressed digital audio signal and a first digital video signal from a first multiple signal, and using the first control signal and the second control signal to separate a second time-base compressed digital audio signal and a second digital video signal from a second multiple signal where the receiving unit further includes an audio clock reproduction unit for further receiving a first sampling clock of the first digital video signal from a signal transmission device and reproducing an audio clock based on the first sampling clock of the first digital video signal.
