PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus with a performance-enhanced cooling device without broadening a notched part of a printed wiring board. SOLUTION: The electronic apparatus in one embodiment includes the printed wiring board and fin aggregate. The printed wiring board has a first surface and a second surface on the opposite side of the first surface. The fin aggregate is disposed around an outer circumference of the printed wiring board, and radiates heat of electronic parts mounted on the printed wiring board.
