PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple and low cost distributor. SOLUTION: This distributor 10 disposed in a heat storage tank 2 to allow heat storage water to flow in and out to the heat storage tank 2, includes a chamber box 14 with an opening section 12 communicated with the heat storage tank 2, and a perforated pipe 16 disposed in the chamber box 14 and guiding the heat storage water. The chamber box 14 has a U-shaped cross section, and the cross-sectional dimension of the chamber box 14 is at least two times of the diameter of the perforated pipe 16.
