PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elevator control device which surely evacuates a wheelchair user and elder people from an elevator, while relieving them, in an elevator for evacuation using a power storage device with the minimum capacity. SOLUTION: This elevator control device includes: a storage device for storing power to be used to make an elevator car travel from a rescue floor to an evacuation floor in power failure; a scale device for detecting a load inside the car; an informing device provided in each landing place of the elevator; and an information control device for estimating the outputtable power quantity of the power storage device based on the stored power quantity or an output voltage value of the storage device and for computing a required power quantity for making the car travel to the evacuation floor based on the load inside the car when the car waits on a rescue floor in power failure and for, in the case wherein a required power quantity is larger than the outputtable power quantity, making the informing device landings of the floors different from the rescue floor to inform to evacuate using the car stopped in the rescue floor.
