PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mitigate arrangement conditions between coupling electrodes of a transmitter/receiver using electric field coupling. SOLUTION: In order to configure a communication channel between first radio communication equipment with a flat coupling electrode of a high frequency coupler for performing radio communication by the electric field coupling and second radio communication equipment with the flat coupling electrode of the high frequency coupler for performing the radio communication by the electric field coupling, a plane of the coupling electrode of the first radio communication equipment, and a plane of the coupling electrode of the second radio communication equipment are arranged by making them face a plane of an induction flat member, and thus, the induction flat member is functioned as the communication channel between the first radio communication equipment and the second radio communication equipment.
