PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recover leaked oil, in the event of oil leak in a transformer, regardless of the size or shape of the oil leak site. SOLUTION: A connecting portion of a flange 4 in an oil pipe 3 of the transformer is entirely covered with a net-like kite string 1, a kite string 5 is connected to the lower end of the net-like kite string 1, and the kite string 5 is inserted to a mouth portion 6 of a plastic bottle for beverage 7 opened upward below the net-like kite string 1. Leaked oil 8 is adsorbed by the capillary phenomenon of the net-like kite string 1 wound entirely around the connecting portion of the flange 4 and concentrated to a lower portion of the kite string 1. This leaked oil 8 is moved down along the kite string 5 suspended from the kite string 1, and collected in the plastic bottle 7 through the mouth portion 6 of the plastic bottle 7.
