PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problems: in a multitask/multithread system, changeover operation is performed to make a plurality of process threads perform parallel operation, and a ratio of a cache miss hit of a processor increases just after a changeover thereof, so that operation efficiency temporarily decreases. SOLUTION: At lowest, only one CPU is needed to make the plurality of process threads perform the parallel operation, in a multiprocessor system. By fixedly allocating a specific process thread and operating it by a residual processor, (1) the cache miss hit is reduced, and (2) cost of the changeover operation is eliminated to enhance the operation efficiency.
