The present invention relates to probe molecules incorporating mass tag labels detectable by mass spectrometry, methods of producing the probe molecules, and uses of the probe molecules. In one aspect, the invention provides a probe molecule comprising one or more mass tag-labelled oligomers attached or linked to a scaffold domain which is itself attached or linked to, or contiguous with, a probe domain a part or all of which is able to bind to a target molecule, wherein the one or more mass tag-labelled oligomers comprise two or more mass tags. |
