<p>Provided is a compact and high-performance lamination type ceramic electronic part with high moisture resistance. The electronic part (1) comprises a ceramic sintered compact (10), and a plurality of first and second internal electrodes (11, 12) placed alternately in a third direction inside the ceramic sintered compact (10) in opposition to each other with ceramic layers (15) therebetween. The first and second internal electrodes (11, 12) are placed respectively so as to be exposed at a third or fourth face (10a, 10b) but not to be exposed at fifth and sixth faces (10e, 10f). At both end portions (10G, 10F) in a first direction (L) of the ceramic sintered compact (10), hetero-phase regions (16a, 16b) composed of a solid solution of the ceramic sintered compact and metal constituting the first and second internal electrodes (11, 12) are formed continuously in a third direction (W) over the range from one end to the other end of the region where the first and second internal electrodes (11, 12) are provided.</p> |
