PURPOSE: A fluid spraying device and manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent a mutual connection unit from being exposed to a printing solution, thereby lengthening lifetime. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of layers is selectively deposited on a desired area of the frontal part of a substrate. An electric contact layer is deposited on the frontal surface of the surface during a back-end process. The shape and profile of a side of a trench are controlled by an etching process. A passivation layer is formed on the side of the trench and the rear surface of the substrate after the trench is formed.
