PURPOSE: A measuring device having automatic control function is provided to measure more precisely by having the measurement pole included in the moving area not inclined and always facing the gravity direction and by minimizing the error. CONSTITUTION: The measuring device having automatic control function includes: a pole(200); and a measurement tool. The pole directs the measurement target location. The location survey outlet measures the measurement target location by confirming the pole. Fixture(220) is fixed in the surface to one side of the perpendicularly located standards pole in the pole. Horizontal feed globe(240) is installed in one side of fixture in the standards pole in the vertical direction. In the termination of the horizontal feed outlet, the moving area(230) carried on the top wire extend of the measurement target location is fixed. The measurement pole(231) which is parallel on the top of the moving area in the standards pole is fixed.
