PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a part management device or the like of a corrugated board machine, which can notify an inspection time of a part again even when the part is still used as a result of inspector's inspecting the part in accordance with a notification indicating that replacement time of the part comes.

SOLUTION: A part management terminal device 57 of a corrugated board machine, which can manage parts constituting the corrugated board machine, includes a first notification processing part 90 for notifying that replacement time of parts comes, and a second notification processing part 91 for notifying that first overrun inspection time being inspection time for parts used still after the replacement time comes when, after a base point which is the time when the first notification processing part 90 has notified, a preliminarily set first overrun inspection period passes or a first overrun inspection determination value is exceeded.
