<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anti-stress agent utilizable in various kinds of applications such as a food and drink and a medicine, and to provide a method for producing the agent. <P>SOLUTION: The anti-stress agent contains a lactic bacterium-fermented royal jelly obtained by fermenting royal jelly by lactic bacteria.
