摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a 3D ultrasonographic device having inspection accuracy improved more than those of conventional types. <P>SOLUTION: The 3D ultrasonographic device 10 includes: an ultrasonic transducer 11, formed by disposing a plurality of piezoelectric vibrators 20 in a m×n array form; a signal processing section 17 for receiving an echo acquired by allowing ultrasonic waves oscillated from a piezoelectric vibrator 20 selected to successively enter a joint 15 of an inspection object 14 and be reflected thereby, detecting the electrical signal of the echo, and subjecting it to signal processing, to thereby generate 3D imaged data; peak detection sections 51, 52 for detecting a first peak and a second peak of an intensity distribution in the depth (z) direction of the 3D imaged data; a joint image generating section 36 for generating a 3D image of the joint 15, by mapping each z-direction distance of the first peak and the second peak on an x-y plane; a quality determining section 37 for determining the joint state of the joint 15 by two-stage quality determination; and a display section 38 for displaying the joint 3D image and a joint quality determination result of the joint 15. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p>
